Kristina’s Vermont Kitchen products are made with real food. When you read the labels you will see that all of the ingredients can be found on a grocery shelf. There is nothing in them that is made in a laboratory, or that you can’t pronounce. Because there are no artificial stabilizers, gums or preservatives in my dressings, they need to be treated differently than the salad dressings and dips you buy in the grocery store. I make these dressings to order, so they are only two or three days old when you receive them. They can be refrigerated for up to three months, or kept on the counter for up to three weeks. Olive oil hardens when cold, so if you refrigerate the dressing you have to remove it from the cold about an hour before serving, or place the jar in a pan of hot water. Just give the jar a good shake before dressing your food. |
